Is DupeSafe free?
Yes, completely. There is no trial period and no license key; every feature is unlocked.
I bought a license earlier.
Thank you for your support. From version 1.10 DupeSafe is free for everyone: no key is needed, and once the program has updated itself every feature stays unlocked. If your purchase was less than 14 days ago, you can ask for a refund.
What is "Buy us a coffee"?
Voluntary support for DupeSafe's development. You choose the amount and Stripe handles the payment; it unlocks nothing extra.
I want a deleted file back.
DupeSafe sends deleted files to the Recycle Bin (the Trash on a Mac). Open the deletion on the History page and choose "Restore", or restore it from there.
I want to report a bug.
Attach app.log from the folder opened by Settings → "Open log folder". The log contains no file contents; you may remove file names if you wish.
