Application
DupeSafe processes your files on your computer. File names, contents, scan results and recovered data are never sent to a server. The application contains no telemetry, advertising or analytics.
It connects to the internet only in these cases:

Website and purchases
This site uses no cookies or analytics. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details never reach us. Stripe's privacy policy is shown on the checkout page. Your e-mail address is used through Resend to deliver the license key. A message sent through the contact form is kept only to answer it.
What we store
- E-mail address, license record, Stripe transaction id
- Code, name and timestamps of the devices a license is activated on
- Device code and date of the trial start
This data is kept while the license is valid and for the statutory retention periods. Servers are hosted in the European Union and the United States.
Your rights
Under GDPR and Turkish data protection law (KVKK) you may request access to, correction of and deletion of your data. Write to destek@dupesafe.com; we answer within 30 days.
