End User License Agreement

1. License. Asylda Ltd (the "Company") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to
   use the DupeSafe software (the "Software") under these terms, free of charge and on as many
   computers as you like. There is no trial period, no license key and no paid feature.
2. Restrictions. You may not sell, rent, sublicense or reverse engineer the Software, or
   distribute modified copies of it.
3. Data. The Software processes your files locally. To check for new versions, only the product
   name and version number are sent to DupeSafe's site; this check can be turned off in
   Settings. File names, contents and scan results are never sent.
4. Liability. The Software is provided "as is". Deletion and recovery run with your
   confirmation; to the extent permitted by law the Company is not liable for indirect damages,
   including data loss. Deleted files go to the Recycle Bin by default.
5. Voluntary support. "Buy us a coffee" payments are optional and give no extra rights or
   features. They are processed by Stripe; refund terms are on dupesafe.com/iade.
6. Third-party components. The Software uses the open-source components listed in the enclosed
   THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt, each under its own license.
7. Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
