1. License. Karınca Digital Ltd (the "Company") grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable
   license to use the DupeSafe software (the "Software") under these terms. The trial is fully
   functional for 14 days. A purchased license key may be activated by its owner on up to 3
   (three) computers; a seat released on one computer can be used on another.
2. Restrictions. You may not rent, sublicense or reverse engineer the Software, circumvent the
   license verification, or share your license key with third parties.
3. Data. The Software processes your files locally. Only the product name, version, license
   key, device name and a device code (a hash of the hardware identifier) are sent to the
   license server. File names, contents and scan results are never sent.
4. Liability. The Software is provided "as is". Deletion and recovery run with your
   confirmation; to the extent permitted by law the Company is not liable for indirect damages,
   including data loss. Deleted files go to the Recycle Bin by default.
5. Refunds. Refund terms are stated on the purchase page. Refunded licenses are deactivated.
6. Third-party components. The Software uses the open-source components listed in the enclosed
   THIRD-PARTY-NOTICES.txt, each under its own license.
7. Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
