Refund policy

You can try the full version of DupeSafe for 14 days before buying. If you are still not satisfied, you can get a refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How to request one

1. Write to destek@dupesafe.com from the e-mail address you used at checkout and include the transaction id from your Stripe receipt.
2. The refund is started within 2 business days and reaches the same card within 5–10 business days.
3. The license key is disabled; the application returns to the post-trial state at its next check.

Not covered

• Requests after 14 days
• Licenses found to be shared with third parties
