Refund policy

DupeSafe is free. "Buy us a coffee" payments are optional; if you change your mind, you can get a refund within 14 days of the payment, no questions asked. The same 14 days from purchase apply to licenses bought earlier.

How to request one

1. Write to info@dupesafe.com from the e-mail address you paid with and include the transaction id from your Stripe receipt.
2. The refund is started within 2 business days and reaches the same card within 5–10 business days.
